"Reckless Confidence Ministries" mission is to equip women with the necessary tools to take their relationships, gifts, talents, and ministries to the next level. Elder Johnson has been an avid Bible student qualified to teach and preach the Word of God. Elder Johnson is divorced, the mother of two sons, Major Anthony Hester Jr. and Russell Wright III, two grandchildren, and numerous spiritual sons and daughters across the state. Sister Brittany is a native of Durham, NC. As the eldest child of my parents and a member of a very large family, she holds deep appreciation for her family values. Her journey into motherhood began in 2010 when she welcomed Braylin, followed by my second son, Camden in 2015. To this day, the title of "Mother" remains most cherished and rewarding role. She is captivated by the world of Real Estate, and for over a decade, she has thrived in Multifamily Property Management. During her leisure, traveling, engaging in outdoor activities and savoring quality moments with loved ones is what she enjoys. As well as the act of extending a helping hand or resource to those who are less fortunate brings a profound sense of tranquility to her heart. Brittany states, "above all, my heart is devoted to the Lord. I am a faithful member of New Hope Church where I proudly serve on the Welcoming Committee. My faith in the Lord is unwavering as I embraced salvation in 2014 and rebirth through baptism in August 2022 alongside my two children, in which was one of the happiest days of my life. " In 2022, Brittany became an integral part of the Reckless Confidence Ministry assuming the Executive Administrative Assistant, and now serves as the Executive Administrator for the ministry, leading and scheduling the ministry calendar, bringing new ideas to the table as the ministry shifts in every season that is graced by God. With a strong spiritual foundation and a clear vision for ministry, Yona recognizes the significance of financial stewardship in advancing the ministry's various initiatives.Possessing sharp financial management and organizational abilities, Yona ensures the ministries are well-supported.Drawing from a wealth of experience in Property Management spanning over 24 years, Yona McMillan’s academic achievements include an Associate degree in Health and Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She remains dedicated to her educational growth, currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Liberty University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Yona is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., engaging in meaningful community service and giving back to society. Beyond professional pursuits, Carol is also a proud mother of two and a dedicated wife. She’s inspired by Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. She draws strength from the reassuring words, reminding her that nothing is too hard for God and that trusting in him gives her the power to accomplish her goals. She was born and reared in Durham, North Carolina. Minister Bryanna Cates is a woman of God who loves God's people. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her bachelor's degree in early education, and she currently is a teacher for Guilford County Schools. On February 19, 2023, Minister Cates received her ministerial license under the leadership of Pastor Annette and Apostle Jesse Brown of Loving Heart Christian Center. She has been a member of Loving Heart Christian Center for five years and also a member of Women at the Well International Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Annette Brown. Minister Cates has been a great supporter of the Reckless Confidence Ministry and joined as an Administrative Assistant in January 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new eateries. Minister Cates's favorite scripture is Isaiah 41:10: Fear not, for I am with you: Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help. Yes, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
